Situation
trapoo.net was a personal project I launched and ran between 2018 and 2020. I owned the full SEO workflow end to end, from content strategy through technical optimization to day-to-day site operations, with no team and no budget behind it.
What I found
A brand-new personal site with no authority and no existing content. With one person covering every lever, the approach was to make each part of the workflow compound on the last: planned content, steady technical work, and consistent publishing.
What I changed
I built and ran the whole engine myself: systematic content planning, continuous technical improvements, and the daily operations that keep a site publishing. Each improvement stacked on the previous one, so organic performance accumulated month over month.
What happened
The site settled at a stable 1,600 daily organic visitors.

What I'd do next
The operating model works. The next step is to document the editorial and technical workflows so this approach runs across multiple sites.
