Situation
Accelist Pangan Nusantara was a business under PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia that had been running for years without a website. Nobody was managing it, so it drifted into abandonment. When PT Accelist decided to revive the F&B line, I was hired partly to handle their SEO portfolio — four properties including Adaptist Consulting and Accelist Pangan.
The IT team was already maxed out. With only two weeks to deliver, I was told to build the website from scratch. I chose WordPress with Astra + Spectra as the page builder. Fast to build and lightweight enough for Core Web Vitals.
What I found
A brand-new domain with no authority, no content, and no reason for Google to rank it. A clean slate made things easier. No legacy pages to audit, no technical debt to fix. Just build, optimize, publish.
What I changed
The site took two weeks using WordPress + Astra + Spectra. The UI/UX designer supplied mockups, which cut iteration time. Every page went live optimized.
Accelist Pangan targets B2B buyers (wholesale, distributors) and B2C consumers. Recipes drive top-of-funnel traffic. Blog posts target buying-intent queries. Neither type replaces the other.
For every product page, I added complete on-page optimization and structured data (Product schema). I registered Google Business Profile and Bing Place, kept NAP consistent across both, linked them back to the website, and embedded their schemas into the pages.
I did keyword research and competitor gap analysis, but let instinct guide as much as the data. Competitor gaps tell you what to write. Human judgment tells you whether it matters. Some of the best-performing topics came from knowing what a buyer searches when ready to purchase versus what a curious browser types in.
Link building used outreach and guest posts on relevant sites. The F&B niche is small, so the volume never reached Adaptist's scale. But every link sent authority signals that pushed the stronger pages further up in results.
What happened
The site went from zero to 500–700 monthly organic clicks and 18–24 qualified leads per month. The first inbound leads arrived within 30 days of launch.

What I'd do next
I want to make the buyer journey easier. Right now, every product page's "buy now" button points to either Shopee or Tokopedia's seller homepage. The customer has to scroll and find the product themselves. Linking directly to the specific listing would cut one step out of the purchase process.
The catch is that Accelist Pangan only manufactures on demand. Marketplace platforms need stable listings with set inventory. That doesn't fit well with batch production. The fix isn't as simple as changing a URL. When operations settles into a more predictable cadence, I'll revisit the approach.
